Vanessa attended the Nearer to Zero conference at the Science and Industry Museum to learn about the challenge that zero carbon homes by 2016 represents.
Speakers included Henry Demaria, the Government’s Head of Zero Carbon Homes Policy,
Neil Jefferson, CEO of the Zero Carbon Hub and Andrew Stunnell, Lib Dem MP for Hazel Grove.

The day was very positive however with lots of good data on energy reduction and cost analysis, and even a Passivhaus case study – is Passivhaus the only way we”ll practically achieve these targets?
